SOLUTION FOR SONY ERICSSON PHONE PROBLEM

HP Sony Ericsson K550i adalah HP dengan kamera 2MP sehingga menjadikan hasil jepretan anda sangat memukau dan terlihat sempurna. Namun, kelemahan dari HP k550i sering Hang dan tiba-tiba layar Putih .

Jika anda mengalami hal seperti ini berarti anda mengalami hal yang sama dengan saya. Jika terjadi Hang tersebut maka langkah yang paling mudah adalah melepas batre HP lalu memasangkan kembali. Jika anda buru-buru atau ada urusan penting dengan orang lain dan menghubungi melalui HP anda namun HP anda hang, pasti rasanya sangat jengkel sekali. :(

Disini saya ingin berbagi cara mengurangi Hang tersebut. Cara ini cukup mudah tetapi yang harus dipersiapkan adalah salin kontak anda ke kontak sim dan salin atau catat bila perlu konsep atau pesan anda. Sebaiknya backup terlebih dahulu lagu, foto dan video anda.

Yang perlu diingat adalah cara ini dapat menghilangkan seluruh data yang ada di HP anda, jadi harap hati-hati sebelum melakukannya. Jangan sampai anda terlupa dan ada data penting anda hilang, maka data penting tersebut tidak akan pernah kembali.

Berikut adalah cara untuk mengurangi hang HP sony ericsson k550i :

* Buka Menu
* Pilih pengaturan / setting
* Pada tab General/Umum pilih Master Reset
* Pilih Reset all
* Tunggu beberapa saat dan lakukan pengaturan tanggal dan waktu.
* Selesai

Cara tersebut di atas saya gunakan untuk mengurangi beban memory sehingga HP tidak mudah hang, namun jika anda sering browsing menggunakan HP tersebut maka saran saya adalah anda harus rutin-rutin melakukan cara di atas tersebut.

I tried to update my Xperia using "update-cm-7.1.0-X8-signed.zip"
These are the steps i followed:

1. Copied the Zip file to sdcard.
2. restarted mobile to xrecovery.
3. using the custom zip option tried to install "update-cm-7.1.0-X8-signed.zip".

In this step i got error and there was a message as "Installation Aborted"

I googled and found some links saying to clear cache,data i did it. and then rebooted the mobile.

from that time onward when i switch on the mobile.
mobile reaches up to the screen where "Sony Ericsson" text is displayed. After this nothing happens. for last two days.
I cant get into the xrecovery also now.

please tell me what can be done at this situation.

This was reported in the other thread about X8 Issues, but thought to start a new one to gather feedback from users. It's about the ''black screen'' freezing issue encountered by some users. I have had this several times since owning the phone for a few weeks, so it is a recurring issue.

Problem: The phone hangs or appears to be shut down or become unresponsive suddenly. Pressing the hardware buttons doesn't help as the phone doesn't react at all.

Solution: Take out cover and battery and restart.

Observations: From my own observations, it's not actually a shutdown but a major freezing/hanging. Sometimes when it happens, I can still see vague shades of the display at an angle. After leaving the phone for a while in the pocket, the phone comes back to normal again. Not sure if this is true for all users with this problem.

Anyway, gathering more feedback to see how prevalent the problem is, to evaluate whether I should take it to the SE service centre, or whether doing so will help at all...
